I'm tired. I'm depressed. I'm lazy. Did I mention that I'm tired?
Don't know what my deal has been for the last couple months... I just don't have any motivation. My runs have been sparse and I really don't know if I can do this thing. I'm hanging in there, though. I stepped out for lunch today and picked up some Lemon Lime Gatorade (even though the stuff they're providing at the race will be the fancy endurance formula...can't find it...) and I bought some gummi bears for my long this Sunday. As a sidenote, what does everyone out there eat on their long run? I've heard that M&Ms are good, Snickers, gummi bears..... whatcha eatin'????
